Student fees

The student fee applies for all students enrolled in a recognized academic institution. To register students must be able to provide Student ID or similar documentation. PhD-students/PhD-candidates preparing for their PhD-degree are allowed to register as “Students”.

Short Courses
Everyone who registers for the conference can at the same time also register for the Short Courses. The price is SEK 750 per course and pre registration is mandatory.

Cancellation of registration

The registration is binding and we regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations.

It is possible to transfer your registration to another member of your organisation to an administrative cost of SEK 250.
Please inform Meetx in writing to E-mail: EMPC2021@meetx.se as soon as possible to whom your registration should be transferred to.

VAT on fees – important information

The fees are stated in SEK excluding Swedish VAT. Please note that delegates representing a company or organization from a country outside of Sweden are NOT required to pay Swedish VAT on the virtual conference registration fee.

If you are from a country outside of the EU – you can register without a VAT number.

Delegates from Sweden and private persons are required to pay VAT on the registration fee (25%). You do not need to enter your VAT number at this stage.

All delegates (Swedish and international) are required to pay VAT on social events, additional papers (25%) and hotel (12%).

If you are from an EU country
A valid VAT number is mandatory, otherwise, VAT will be added to your registration fee. It is important that your number is stated exactly according to EU standards.
